Iqbal, Jinnah and wahshi mullah

I earlier wrote about how the rapists of Pakistan’s history try to portrate Jinnah as the “wahshi mullah” with reference to Saeed Siddiqui’s article in Jang, this is what I wrote:
These people rewrote the whole history of a liberal and democratic Pakistan created by a liberal democrat who had nothing to do with religion. The other day I was reading an article by Saeed Siddiqui the crony of Safdar Mahmood who raped history of Pakistan like a “wahshi Mullah”, and Saeed Siddiqui wrote that once one of the A.D.C.G. of Jinnah heard fall of a bottle at 2:00AM and when he looked in Jinnah’s room he found that Jinnah was offering prayer of Tahajjud and bottle of water was lying on the floor. This is what is called the rape of history. A noble and normal human being is transformed into a “wahshi Mullah” (well at least he (Saeed Siddiqui) did not say that Jinnah married 18 years old girl according to Islamic tradition)
When in 80’s & 90’s people of Pakistan were taught an history which never existed, the mullah’s hired by Mad Dictator transformed a bacon eating person with an exquisite taste of wine into a “wahshi mullah”. Jinnah existed in the days when drinking wine , eating pork and being non-religious were lesser crimes than killing innocent people, raping young girls and being morally corrupt. He was the man who won the right to represent the Moslems of India from the beasts like Maulana Modoodi. And what could be the greater misfortune than that after his death he was transformed into the same beast whom he defeated in his life.
And today I read the column of Irshad Ahmed Arif another right wing rapist of history. Who tried to portray Iqbal as another wahshi mullah who is out to kill anyone. Irshad Ahmed Arif writes that Iqbal kicked out a student when student said “Muhammad Sahib” for Prophet Muhammad. These rapist don’t understand that honor of Prophet Muhammad is not in cursing and killing people instead it is in loving and honoring others. Iqbal in his own book used the word “psychopath” for Holy Prophet if he were alive today he would have been killed by Mumtaz Qadri. One thing these bigots don’t understand is this that love for holy prophet is something which is very sublime in nature and their stone hearts can not fathom the meaning of that love.

Among other interesting points about the personality of Jinnah , the newspaper noted that “Jinnah prefers bacon and eggs for breakfast in defiance of Prophet’s edict against pork”
As I said before Jinnah and Iqbal existed in the times when eating pork , drinking wine were lesser crimes than killing people and being morally corrupt.
It was the time when Ghalib could boast about his drinking habits without fear of being killed.
